Nominated by NRA Nominating Committee.  Benefactor member.  Ardent supporter of NRA-ILA, law enforcement, Scouting, competitive shooting.  Outspoken advocate of Second Amendment rights, advising legislators, speaking to organizations.  Member multiple NRA State Associations across the country.  Auxiliary Police Officer.  Appointed State Training Counselor for Pennsylvania.  Competitive smallbore rifle shooter.  NRA Certified L2 Coach in Smallbore and High Power.  Eagle Scout.  Organized marksmanship programs for Boy Scouts, implementing NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program.  Served as lead trainer for adult instructors of a BSA Council supporting 70,000 youth and 15,000 adult leaders.  Wrote many NRA Foundation grant applications for Scout Councils in multiple states.  Fundraiser, organizer, contributor for youth shooting programs, Eagle Scout scholarships, and underprivileged youth Scouting programs.  Actively involved as chair or committee member of Friends of NRA committees in four states.  Organizer of Women On Target Instructional Shooting Clinics, introducing hundreds of women to the shooting sports.
